Since 1955 the Westlake Town Criers have been devoted to helping those in need. Some of our members have answered the call of duty and service far and above the normal level of
expectations. These people have excelled in responding to the needs of our organization and our community. For this reason we bestow upon them our Lifetime Service Award.
